H10 Issues

Recently I have been having some big problems with my H10. I am using the 2.51 PFD (What it said in the player) version of the firmware. First, sometimes the player crashes when scrolling over a certain song. Then, after I synced (with Windows Media Player) an album to the player, it would not apear in the music section, but rather the Browser section. Now, after I have synced with Winamp, the "titles" section under Music is completely out of order, has repeated songs, and sometimes does not play the right song, even more, is that when it is playing, it shows the wrong song title.

I have reset the player many times.

Is there anything short of formatting and reinstalling the firmware to solve this problem?

I have already deleted the WMPinfo file under "My Computer" while connected to the computer.

Any help would be appreciated, and thank you in advance.
