first i downloaded the v.2.51 firmware and the installer. i ran the installer, clicked manual. and opened the 2.51 firmware zip file. i then clicked "recovery". it told me to go into windows explorer and format it. so i hit Start, My Computer, right clicked G(might be different for you) and hit format. then i clicked start at the bottom of the format screen.

i then ran the installer, hit manual. selected the firmware, hit recovery, and it ran just fine.

that may seem confusing, but it'll explain itself as you go along. hope i helped!
