Need iRivium Help

Can't get Red chair to respond to e-mail requests for help--so would like user feedback to this problem: Loaded iRivium and went through initial import of existing files. All went well. Can create a playlist without a hitch. I can delete tracks or folders without a hitch. When I download music, however, it loads the track's visible information but will not play on the 340.

What am I doing wrong? After pressing play, it just cycles through everything newly downloaded and onto the first "pre-existing" track.
