Exclamation HELP with The Godfather software PLEASE

im now using Godfather it seems to do what i want, but could sum1 help me, i want it to set up the folders which i know how to auto do, but i dont want the program to find the duplicate filenamed mp3s, how do i turn this function off when it makes the new groups??

I don't use The Godfather to re-organise, but it is covered in this tutorial

I'm guessing you can avoid duplicate warnings by having the original and new files in different folders as recommended in the tutorial - but I'm not sure.
