iriver plus 3 help (e10 related)
well, i just got a new computer, and installed iriver plus 3 on it for my e10. However, on my new computer i dont see the video tab section the left hand side ...i only see music, photo, and ebook, i have tried everything but nothing seems to work, my video tab wont appear...can anyone help me?

Try to reinstall iriver plus 3 or convert your video files using iriverter or KawaiiRiver and then copy to your player ...

oh wow...i only realised this is the same situation on my computer as well...but i didn't really take notice as my E10 is mainly used for music...

if you go on the iriver site, you can download iriver plus 3, and it's the newest version. I had the same problem, and just found my version to be an old one. I upgraded and it was all good

[also, you have to provide the really long number on the back of your e10 to download it]

I had the same problem but fixed it by reinstalling iPlus3 under "Administrator" login. And the attaching my e10. You might have to reboot in safe mode.

From there is should work fine under your current long as well.
