Which one are U?
Just wondering, i saw a few people around the city when i went out who also owned the E10 it was actually surprising how even it seemed between the black and white E10.
So i've sort of started a "roll call" of all e10 users. Class of E10 sign in please...

I'm black but the white one was $5 cheaper.
one of the best mp3 purchase I've ever made, i know I sound like a broken record.

Well.. I bought the black, but now, when I look back, I wish I choosed the white one. It looks much better. Anyway, I will probably buy a new MP3 soon....

Just thought I'd share my E10 journey so far...
I've still had it un-modded (not that there was much you could do to customise it) and had it half-full for about 5 - 6 months... But...I've had an idea...as soon as the E10 becomes full and I've got the money to buy another MP3 player (and turn 18 - in Australia, you need to be 18+ to buy spray paint), I'm going to try and take the E10 apart and spray paint the cover/case in silver...including the volume control, hold switch and the 4 arrow buttons... Not sure how to go about it at the present but will find a way... How about that?...the one and only silver E10 in the world (I hope its the only one). EDIT: Just remembered that silver is closer to white in colour terms than it is to black...bugger. Oh well...we'll just have to see how it goes with some test sprays on some black and white cardboard to see the differences. Of course, with enough coats of spraying, it wouldn't seem that much different, but with say with 1 quick coat, the white background will have a stronger glowing effect than that of a black background. Don't you need a special screwdriver to open it? It sounds like a great idea and I'd love to see some pictures when you're done with it.

hmmm....special screwdriver...
That's what I am unsure about at the moment...will have to find one at Bunnings to get it open...
Hang on, OzGeek's friend managed to open it up...but ruined the hard drive (unfortunately), so I'll PM him to ask his friend and from there, we'll see...

I have always thought of changing the case somehow on my E10. Dunno what colour I would choose if I painted it.

wrong size...
Just popped into DickSmith Electronics and went to get the torx screwdrivers...got a 3 pack and only got home now to try it and bugger...
WRONG SIZE! The smallest one (which is a T-6 head) is still too big... Not your fault OzGeek...I should have brought in my E10 to make sure I got the right size screwdriver head... But no worries, coz I just realised my Sony Ericsson K610i phone also uses torx screwdrivers and it matches the screwdriver heads...
