Sirgregory, the answer is yes. With the attached zip, extract as you did the first time into the root directory of the e10. Now when you reconnect the e10 you will get an autorun dialog, you will see the e10 icon and beside it should read "open iPlus3". This will open iPlus3 when you click on it. For all those using Vista, I'm not sure if it will work. One last thing, if attempt to open the e10 through my computer you will execute iPlus3, so you'll have to right click and open / explore.
