Hi,
dude if your using media player to transfer songs that may be all well and good, but the problem your having with the album art is probably due to your choice of transfer software. I'm not aware of how or if you its possible with WMP but guaranteed if you use the 'I iriver plus 3' software then you can do it no problem. all you have to do is right click the song, go properties and it should all be there. Also the issue with the playlist is also due to your choice of transferal software. the playlists formats are different. So once again you need the iriver software to transfer playlists.

hope that helps

G'day mate

Grab a copy of Media Monkey and EasyPMP. These two combined will make it much easier to Add Album art to all your tracks. MediaMonkey is awesome for doing lookup of tracks and finding the Album art. EasyPMP will update the internal E10 database so you can still use the Album/Artist navigation

Cheers

Simply go into google, search for the image of the album you want, save it somewhere easy to remember, go into iriver plus 3, right click a song (in the computer, not on the player) and click properties. There should be a square on the right hand side where there is a little plus underneath it. Press this, find the image on your computer and select it. Press ok. Transfer the song to your e10. Disconnect. Finished. Enjoy.
