help!
help! everytime i try to put the songs from the iriver music library into a playlist, it copies them all, then at the very end comes up with "this program has encountered a problem and needs to close" and closes. i am useless and cant figure it out.

At a quick guess I suspect you are trying to use Windows media player, it has a habit of puting in some default playlists and it could be filling your E10 full to the brim and failing.
If this is the case may I suggest you use iRiver Plus 3 as you will find this doesn't happen and it will mean your music will appear in the Music menu's as well. Let us know if this helps.

But if you are using iriver plus 2/3, then you could either try re-installing the program, or put the songs into a playlist when you add them to the actual e10...
