help!

help! everytime i try to put the songs from the iriver music library into a playlist, it copies them all, then at the very end comes up with "this program has encountered a problem and needs to close" and closes. i am useless and cant figure it out.

At a quick guess I suspect you are trying to use Windows media player, it has a habit of puting in some default playlists and it could be filling your E10 full to the brim and failing.

If this is the case may I suggest you use iRiver Plus 3 as you will find this doesn't happen and it will mean your music will appear in the Music menu's as well.

But if you are using iriver plus 2/3, then you could either try re-installing the program, or put the songs into a playlist when you add them to the actual e10...
