The same thing happens when i open the program then plug in the E10.

try installing iriver plus 3 which can be found at http://www.iriver.com.au/iriver/uplo...setup_full.zip then see if this works. if not...see if someone else can help.

Hi

What OS are you running?
How did you go with iriverplus3?

Also you don't have to use iriverplus software now. EasyPMP is capable of updating the internal database on the E10. This means you could use WMP11 or Media Monkey or any other software that syncs with a UMS Player. Once you sync you just run EasyPMP and it updates the internal DB. Happy days

EasyPMP is downloaded from http://pmplib.sourceforge.net/

Well i have already told you the solution in another post, but here is some other.
Use other programme to transfer music : You can use media monkey to transfer song and then easyPMP to update the database.
You mayb also drag and drop song using my computer but you have to use iriver plus 3 to update the database. If even using update database will hang your iriver plus 3, then try uninstall it.
