Cradle/connect to external devices

Hi

I own a H10 6gb and am thinking of buying an E10. I also have the cradle for the H10 which is brilliant. Have done a search of this forum and there is no mention of a cradle or how to connect to a stereo via optical cable or whatever.

Can anyone confirm that you can or cannot connect the E10 to an external device? tks

your mother.

E10 has a headphone out, and that is as far as it will go. No cradle, no optical-out (or whatever).

really? i cant understand that at all-surely there are a lot of prospective customers out there who would own a H10 and look to upgrade to E10 but also love that it connects externally...Anyway that rules me out

You're assuming E10 is a upgrade of H10, well apparently it is not.
