Is the H10 media player transferable to the e10?

Hello,

I just bought an E10 & have realised that I did not check to see if the following is possible. Could you please help me.

Am I able to transfer all my music from the H10 Media Library to my new E10 Media Library? It would appear that the software is slightly different. Is this possible? Please let me know.

Thank you heaps,

1 MistiqKat

Yes you can!

Hello to All Those Interested!

I have found out the answer to my question by ringing iRiver (C.R. Kennedy) direct. They were extremely helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!

What you do is, locate where on your computer the H10 software placed the music folders, then when you load the e10 software & are ready to load music, right click on the grey-lined areas & click on 'add folder'. Then browse & find the music folders. You will be able to copy all music folders that were made with your H10. However, you must re-create all of your play-lists, which for me was a good opportunity to update all of the contents & make some very fun changes. Very cool!

Cheers,
