iriver plus 2 and e 10
Hi i got my e 10 about two weeks ago and loaded all my music on it. now when i go to put on more music it gets to the 100% loaded stage and then to the iriver updating database before an error message comes up saying that there is an error and has to close. i have tried uninstalling iriver plu 2 and reinstalling it but the problem remains.

does anyone have any answers?

Hi mate

Have you updated the iriver software to 2.6.4.1 Also there is the updated firmware for the E10. Have you installed that?
