Custom boot logo request!

See my little logo of the dude playing the trumpet? Any way one of ye could make that into a custom boot logo and/or startup logo? That would be freaking awesome. And Haku, I already im'ed u about this one b ecause your the man!

Why dont you do it yourself. go to your prefered paint programme (not ms paint) and open that image, now selecting a corner resize dot and enlarge it to the correct size (or reduce its size, i dont know what the size of the boot logo on this player is). now go into the atributes usuallin in options and select. now save and just use the programme to load the image to the device. this should work. the player does use 8 colours?

Pm me if you have any problems and will use PSP8 to do it for you. would rather you did it and learnt how so you can do it in the future though.

Im using h120 and only uses gray and white or somrthing which is why I dont know how to create my own boot logo. Im unaware as to how to change so that the player can show it as black and white only.

ok it must use a greyscale all i need to know is what size the image is for it to load at the player start up and how many dif colours.

104x88 and im not sure how many colors.. 4 I think.. or something small

Thanks, but that was very easy to do, I had a go at working on some more player GUI gfx last night - a whole different ball game, difficult to get any originality and creativity with such restrictions.

A lot of the work I've done on my theme is making maximum use of available space, making lettering more consistant and easier to read (letters used in displaying codec type vary etc.), making the graphics screens look more "professional" (eliminating overlapping of text into images). I gave up trying to do anything pretty with 4 grey shades
