Exclamation HELP! player wont open

Hi i am trying to replace my H340 Battery, i got the screws off easily but the case wont open at all. i dont know what to do, what am i doing wrong? any help would be great.

That's all the instructions on how to replace the battery including the disassembly process. The 5 screws on the sides need to come off, then you can get the back plate off by hand. The front plate doesn't come off that easily, but doesn't need to.

yes i know, i looked at that. thank you though.

it wont even budge at all. all the screws are off. the knife doesent seem to help.
