You can boost the CPU frequency in one of the RB debug menus, if that counts?

Err... even if this is possible, doesn't seem like it would be recommended. One of the most important parts of overclocking is to make sure the device is cooled properly. There isn't a nice, neat, and simple way to add cooling to the H3xx that I can think off.

Edit: I'd also imagine it eats more battery when overclocked.
