Zen Vision W : Any thoughts
Folks,
Hopefully next week I will be the owner of a Zen Vision W from Hong Kong (Englsh language version hopefully)

The question I have is, does anybody have any experience of this unit, as although all the reviews I have read look good, some real road testing feedback would be appreciatted.

I don't have personal experience w/ it, but the folks over at anythingbutipod.com love it. That and the X5 seem to be the most recommended HD DAPs right now in the forums. The only thing I don't like is it uses proprietary software, but the sound and build Q are reputedly outstanding.

Check the battery life im sure i read its 4.5 hours for video ON THE BOX which means less. But the battery is removable. I considered this as my a2s 30gb drive was just too small for me. Ended up going with an archos 504 160gb, you can get double size batteries for them, but with Archos they cost the earth, with having to buy ac adapters etc. Still its been flawless for me, have been using it 8 hours a day lately.

IMG thanks for the link - I have signed up, but with a different user name.

My W arrived on Sunday, they were only on Hong Kong for 10 days, so I have it.

Not fully reviewed, but it hung the other day, just froze !

Give me a few days and I'll let you all know what I think.
