silverstar

Just brought a new H140 from Silverstar. Had no problems at all, so don't worry about dealing with him at all

Thumbs up

I recently purchased an LCD H340 remote from Silverstar. The transaction was very smooth - all emails and questions were answered quickly and completely. I recommend not having any worries when dealing with Silverstar.

Bought an H340 LCD remote from this seller. Everything went just fine. Was even willing to wait till I had sufficient funds to pay for the remote. Once the transaction was completed I received the remote within 5 days after I got the email saying it had been sent.

Very quick & smooth service. I'm very pleased.

I'm very happy: The H340 I bought from Silverstar is really in a good condition as if it was brandnew. Everything was without problems: Silverstar did everything necessary so I wouldn't have to pay to the customs and answered all my questions promptly.

Thank you very mutch, Silverstar!

H10 5Gb dock/cradle

I bought silverstar's last remaining H10 5GB cradle. Communication was very quick and the item has arrived and is just as described - brand new in the original, sealed packaging. Very pleased with my purchase and would recommend silverstar to anyone else without hesitation. Thanks.

Don't Deal with Silverstar

Should have updated this a while back to help other users, sorry

After a successful purchase of a new H140, I purchased another of Silverstar for a friend. When it arrived all seemed find until I started to put music on the drive for them and there was a read error. Silverstar was simathetic and together we tried to get the iriver repaired through postage insurance. After an imence amount of months of work from myself with parcel force(and him tbh), on the brink of getting back the £100 I payed back for a new drive (I gave my friend the working H140), he ended all communication. I honestly beleive he got the money from the korean post company as well which makes it eaver worse as he got $500 for a H140. I doubt he will turn up on this site as SilverStar again but it is worth noting just in case
