My macsales.com experience
So I ordered an 1800 mah battery for my iriver (see below), for only $7.99. It came to my house and when I opened it, it had already ballooned. So the next day I called them up and told them. To my surprise they said they'd ship me out a new one asap. They also said they didn't even want the ballooned one back, they just told me to bring it to a radioshack or staples for proper disposal. The new battery arrived three days later, and it seems to be working fine. Thanks macsales!

Yeah, this company is the one i bought mine from and it started the play time at 20 hrs and a month later dropped to a couple of hours, they posted my new one from Usa to Australia for free and didnt want the faulty one back
