I had a completely perfect deal going with this fellow, and all of a sudden he stops responding to my pms when I ask him for his paypal address so I could send the funds. I could clearly see that he was logging on AND posting on the forums, but he was not replying to my pms inquiring his paypal address...

Obviously, I was both confused and curious, so I sent him a pm every day for 5 days. I could see that he was logging on and posting, but he was clearly avoiding talking to me. So I think, whatever, screw it, and I bought the item I need on ebay.

Ok, thats when things get fishy. He said another member offered him $90 and he wanted me to price match, yet he had listed his hard drive NOWHERE on the forum...but whatever, I assumed he had contacted someone himself and offered them $90 for the drive. He also refuses to do split payments, which gives both me and him security. No, he justs wants is money right away. Maybe he was squeezing an extra $10 out of me, but that's not the issue at hand anyway.

This is where he stops talking. That was on "August 5th, 2006, 02:07 PM"
So over the next 4 days I send him PMs:

Fair enough but you are being harsh on him, after all when you agree to buy something, you cant do a part payment. Try that at a store, or ebay etc. Your at fault to by agreeing on the price then trying to negoiate payment terms, doesnt happen in the real world

Also, I clearly have way more feedback than him-he has no ebay, no heatware, nothing here, nothing anywhere-I was just trying to ensure that I didn't get scammed.

Bassthumper: The main reason the OP got agitated is because you did not respond right away. If you got annoyed/insulted that he/she used the profanity all you needed to do is report it to the mods and admins on this site.
