When sellers intentionally steal a refund they offer to you, then fail to live up to shipping promises, I do not feel it is harsh to wish them a doomed business venture. It is only hastening the inevitable. Eventually enough complaints will emerge that they will have to either honor their promises or pay out hefty fines or possibl legal action from the state's District Attorney for fraud, don't you think?

I have checked on these people and they seem to move their business address often and, like they did to me, pressure others into withdrawing their comments. I myself have filed complaints with the BBB in PA, Paypal, Ebay as well as SquareTrade in reference to my own nightmare purchase.

I hope they all fall into the pits of hell. But, that is just me.

There is no place for this type of "vendor".

I as well, bought from emilyand lilly with the express purpose of uploading digital photo files from a camera, as i believed i could -but after reading jonos epiphany about otg and american version i have obviously been a deluded buyer-by the way mine was brand new, no consolation when you've shell out good bucks for a specific reason and purpose and then find it don't do that which you want it to.......Runcible.

Talking emilyandlily

Got my h320 from emilyandlily and have had no problems. Came in original packaging with plastic over screen and all cords and headphones were all nicely packaged in seperate sealed plastic sacks. The only complaint I had was shipping time but once it arrived everything works perfectly

emilyandlilly again!

Ebay in the UK is flooded with H1**/H3** LCD remote controls from the site 'emilyandlily'. They say that they are brand new.

I read a recent thread that the sellers (emilyandlilly) were not that reliable and did not give 'brand new' merchandise. Is that a true opinion?

Should I possibly buy one of these as they are cheaper than the other LCD remotes for sale?.

Please reply!

Mostly when something is cheaper there is a good reason for it.

if you have a look they are not new down the bottom of the page they mention they are manufacturer referbished to new condition (wellthe ones iv seen say that)

so just be weary and steer clear...unless ur payin like 30buks max...

Jono

Edit: mmm i just checked, the adverts, and the pictures look different to the old ads they had for referb ones....my iriver came from them working well but still im :S about recomending them...so use at ur own risk, i still say steer clear...
Jono

EDIT AGAIN: just cheked australian EBAY and saw this ad, title says new, description down the bottom says manufacturer referb

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/NEW-IRIVER-Re...QQcmdZViewItem

so stay away...lol i think u get my point!!

i hope so to. but it seems people are not getting what they paid for, like wrong colour and not being brand new, but hey, you may get what you paid for , hopefully

Dont leave feedback intil you have fully tested and are satisfied with the product. From what I've read the only way to get results is through leaving negative feedback and then they will do whatever it takes to get you to withdraw it. Best of luck. Let us know how things turn out.

true, if you look at their feedback there are a lot of negative feedbacks that have been "mutually withdrawn", so, as jumbuck said, test the unti thoroughly before giving feedback
