Please HELP! Boot Failure + New Music Program
I got the PMP 120 for christmas but my comp crashed and deleted everything! Please can someone send me the system files for fimware version 1.24!!!! the address is bosochogans@hotmail. com PLEASE HELP

Also did everyone here know nthat Media Monkey can be used to upload music tracks

Well.. if no one else can help i guess its time to go get him repaired.. sux.. Have u tried formatting it and then re-adding firmware.. i dnt really get ur problem, pls explain it a little more.

i cant get it repaired cuz i live in ireland. yes i did format it but i dont have the firmware to reinstall it. Please help iRIver are useless at european customer support!!!!

Where did you buy it from? If its bust they have to take it back. Irish law dictates that, even better european law states it even stronger.

Also there is no way unless you gave it a huge shock or brought it to a large magnet that it could initiate a self delete.

i have tried other firmware but it doesnt work. And the place i bought it will send it away to california so I wont see it for weeks. The reason it deleted was cuz my computer crashed.

Who did you buy it from? there are ways around it. such as getting a refund coming back the same day and getting another, you are within your rights to demand a refund if the player is faulty and it has to be sent back.
