How do I upgrade the hard drive on the PMP-140?

Hey

I remember there was a guide around these forums that tells you how to upgrade the hard drive in a PMP. Can anyone please post a link to it? AFAIK, there was a 60GB compatible one but seeing as time has passed there is problably larger ones too and cheaper.
