Pmp 120 Big Problem

one day I left it on playing music in my book bag by mistake for about 2 hours..afterwards I looked at and just continued listening to music...minutes later it began to mess up songs so I just figured I needed to turn it off and then turn it back on..

after I turned it off It wouldnt come back on at all..All I hear is a clicking noise on the speaker when ever I try to turn it on.. The red light comes on for a second as if its going to start but it doesnt.

I thought it was the battery so I let it charge and still the same problem...

The screen only comes on when I plug it up to the computer.. The Iriver splash comes up and it even loads then goes to the CONNECTED screen..so the screen still works..Im able to look through all my files and still add or delete music or vids..

Also when I try to charge it now the clicking noise in the speaker never goes away..the only way it seems to charge correctly is by plugging it up to the computer..

Ive tried resetting it and that does nothing..I was thinking maybe I need to go buy another battery or even change the firmware...

I bought it off ebay..It wasnt refurbished or used..it was brandnew never opened and even came with the remote..I beleive it only came with a three month waranty and Ive had it for a very long time now..I bought it from this seller (georgemiyamoto)

Any advice or suggestions??
