PMP-120 won't start
My wife owns a PMP-120 that has suddenly refused to start.
When pressing the power button, the screen lights up, but with only a blank white screen (no iriver splash). Also the red light illuminates in the top left corner, then flashes a few times, then about 5 seconds later the light goes out, the screen goes off, and that's it !! The battery is ok. There's no response over the USB port to a pc. Pressing the reset button and retrying has no effect. Any ideas of the problem much appreciated.

I think I've now answered my own question having trawled the web. Someone suggested removing the battery pack for several hours. This I did, and when re-fitted, the player works again.....fantastic.
Maybe this will help others in the same situation.
