Need Help
Hi all I'm new to this forum so please forgive me for any mistakes. A while back I bought an Iriver PMC 120 and have been having troubles trying to put videos onto it. The device itself will accept music but when I try and sync any videos or even try to drag and drop it says the device is either not connected or not responding.

The programs I've been using to try and convert videos are as follows

WinAVI
Xilisoft Video Converter
River Past Crazi Video

any help with what I should do would be great
