Dude just look for any generic TV AV Video Audio cable on ebay. There are plenty of generic ones. They are all the same. Just look for one with a 3.5mm input "like the headphone input that goes into your pmp"

i have tried 3 different cables not 1 even slightly worked, uno wat f*ck iriver!. they dont sell replacement ones. I might as well spend my money on somethin that offers replacement accessories rather then if a spend countless and needless hours hunting for somethin not to mention the amount of cash i have just thrown away. I am over iriver!

I've bought that video cable before from ebay i think for 5 dollars shipped. That was last year though so am not sure who or where is that seller :\

Maybe you would have better luck with the zune version of that av video cable. http://cgi.ebay.com/AV-RCA-TV-Cable-...QQcmdZViewItem

Ask the seller if he knows if it would work with an iriver pmp or not but, my guess is that this av video cable is just generic. I don't know why would it be device restricted since they have all been designed using the same output of video to the rca input of a television :\

I have the zen vision m and this one worked too http://cgi.ebay.com/For-CREATIVE-ZEN...QQcmdZViewItem

I would go for the cable for the zen because in my experience the cable that i have worked with both the zen and the pmp

I know how you feel though about how iriver just abandoned the pmp/pmc since day 1 though and I can't really hold anything against you. The American iRiver tech support is still lacking, they still have the worst management imaginable even though they said it will change last year under new Korean management.

The product it self is great, we just got ripped off of the warranty and the customer support. So yeah :\

Wolfport2001 its not that the AV plugs are different its the spacing of the rings at the 3.5mm end. Uno Iriver must be unique and u musta got lucky wit the av cable as i have tries another one (a total of 5 i think now and all the rings are spaced differently) and still not working. I might just crack her open and solder the AV cables in. last resort! Well its easy i'll just buy another brand next time. iriver just isnt a professional company just i expected and all u other guys that have bought off them. I am sure there are other companies out there that are willing to look after the clients!

Oh yeah most definitely man. iRiver support in America is absolutely ridiculous.
I am buying either an Archos 504 or a Creative Zen Vision W with the 4.3" screen. Both of those companies are good with customer service and they don't have an answering machine as a customer service representative :\

I totally see your point of view there Pretz
