PMC-120 sound problem
I have a sound problem with the pcm-120, and the problem just happened... it was working all fine before.
When the sound is at level 12 and up with the iriver earbud, I hear glitch, the bass is making noises... and I can't barely hear the music. But when I connect it with the RCA connector to my harman kardon amplifier the sound seems perfect... so i'm wondering what's wrong. I tryed with another earbud, and the problem is the same... Any idea? |

one more thing
I noticed that EVERYTIME I plug the output to powered speakers, I can put the volume to the Max (volume 20) without problem. And if I put the earbud in the output of the powered speakers... the sound is clear.
The problem ONLY occured when the earbud are connected alone in the PCM-120 sound output. That's bad since I tryed got 3 different type of earbud and the same problem occured. What's the use of having a portable devide if I have to use it with powered speakers! Damn I need a answer and the Iriver site is useless. The support takes forever to answer my problem! |
