Pmp 140 boot failure
Hi.
I have recently bought an Iriver PMP140 from the UK.all was good when it left apparently.I turned it on and it came up with a book failure screen.I have read the instructions and it looks like I need to download the firmware.No problems with that except my lap top and other comouters in the house lets me install the iriver, but the computers wont show it as an external hard drive.Its simply doesnt show under my computer.This is the problem because I cant do the firmware repair. Any ideas Thanks Greg

I'm not sure. but you may be able to find a warning on the instruction that you have to turn on the device after fully charging at the first time you turn in on.
