Please help, unalble to sync video

Hi
I am new here and love the forum. I am here with a question. Just recently, my PMC-120 will not sync video thru WMP 10. All it says is error. I can sync music fine and am trying to sync tv shows that i have downloaded from a torrent site. It worked perfectly before. Any ideas? Please. I even tried the Iriverter, it converted the file
