HELP pc doesnt recognise pmp120
Hi guys, I Got a pmp120 as a 21st birthday present last year.I was transferring files from my PC and my little brother knocked it off my bed.It just got a light bang and the USB came out mid-transfer.Now I have a "boot failure" and my PC wont recognise It.
There is a yellow error icon next to it when it appears in device manager.I returned it to iriver but they said than I didnt have a warranty because it came from ebay in the U.S and im in Ireland.After 3 months I recieved an E-Mail explaining They wanted to charge me EUR170 to fix which I found unreasonable and just got it returned unrepaired.Does anyone know how I can fix the problem myself?

Sorry I forgot than Iriver told my I needed a new hard drive which I found very hard to believe given the very slight fall It had

I have the same usb recognise thing going with my pmp120.
the pmp works good but the PC doesnt recognise it.
HELP................ ....
