HD Upgrade for the PMC series?

I have been reading thru the posts and see a lot of poeple questioning if you can swap out the PMC-120's HD with a larger capacity drive but I have not seen if anyone has actually been successful at it or not. Anyone point me in a direction to a successful mod of a PMC-120?
