PMC-120 Problem

aight. i just bought this iriver pmc-120, started putting all of my songs and albums in it, but when i play some of my albums on my iriver, it says that the digital media file has an error or is missing, but the album is sounding perfectly on my computer.

another thing, some of my albums are playing, but the player chopped of 3 seconds of the beginning of the songs,

any help would be appreciated as this is the first time ive tried iriver (was using an ipod b4).
