iTunes videos to MWP

I was thinking about buying an iPod Video and I downloaded a few videos. Now I think I'd like the PMC better. I already have an h320. Is it possible to convert them to a format that is supported by the PMC? I downloaded the WM encoder and tried that but it would not recognize M4V file extensions.
Thanks

I use tunebite to convert to mpeg-4 and then pocketdivxencoder to convert it to avi and make it about 1/4 the size.

Thanks for the info. WHich version of Tunebite do you use? From reviewing their website, it looks like you might use the Platinum with the MPEG-4 converter. According to the info on their website I could use it to remove the DRM on all the music I have purchased online, then upgrade my H320 to the Korean firmware and the be able to play videos on my H320 and still play my downloaded music. Does this sound correct to anyone? I really wanted to be able to play some video cips, but was hesitant to upgrade the firmware in my H320 becasue I purchase a lot of music online through WMP and didn't want to loose the ability to play that DRM protected music.

I do use the Platinum version. I couldn't get pocketdivx to convert wmv. files but it will convert mpeg-4. I haven't used in on music but it works great for the video.
