Boot failure with firmware 2.04

Hey, I'm having a problem with Shamrockmans 2.04 software for the pmp-140. My problem is that after i updated from 1.24 and shut it off, it wont boot up past the loading system screen. Now that's the only problem, if i could get past that im sure i could fix the rest. I'm not sure if this'll help at all but i formated it before into ntfs by accident and i reformated it with swissknife and partition magic and it worked fine with a few minor differences i noticed.

If anyone could help me get past this screen it would be appreaciated.
