Volume button got stuck
I NEED HELP!!!!!!!!!

A couple of hours ago I was just going to use my PMC-120 and when I turned it on it automaticaly put the volume all the way up and it displayed it on the screen as if the up volume button was stuck or something. I have reset it and when it turns on and I push the up volume nothing happens. But when I push any other button it automatically puts the volume at the max level and after that U just cant do nothing.
The button doesnt look or feel like its stuck. Fisically its on its place.

I only have had my player for a couple of weeks now and have never smaked it (hell, I have tried it like if it was my little baby!!!) and have been very satisfied with it. For the short time that I have had it it has always done what I told it to.

Has any one had this problem and could fix it without having to return it to iRiver ?????

And another question: How much time do iriver return a fixed or new player with the waranty?

Just started working suddenly again!!!!! And with no problems

This was the first time it did this but I will keep an eye on it

Well man just do what I did: Reset a lot of times and put the battery on and take out, and reset and...etc.

It suddenly started working and has not done the same thing again.

Still its a little suspicious that both our devices failed the same way and are recently bought.... MMHHHH, manufacturer glitch?

Well Away it went
I ended up Completely going crazy on The company I bought it from so they sent me a new one over night with an extra battery , a pmp car adapter and a 60 gb hd I have no Idea how to put it in but I will give it a whirl

NO WAY!!!!

You got all that from your waranty claim??? Damn!!!!
Wish iRiver would do that... Because you did get it from the store U bought it and not from iRiver... Didnt U?????

U are very lucky. And by the way there are threads on how to put 60Gb Hd on your unit. The thing is is that its only for PMP and not for PMC but I think it can work the same way.
