Boot up problems!!! Please help
Hey ok well my mate has a PMP-120 and it got dropped, Now it comes up with a boot error. Is his PMP stuffed? Or can it be re formatted like explained in this forum? Any help is appreciated. Thanx

If this is the same person who started a thread here about dropping their PMP/PMC, then the answer is that the hard drive is toast. If the unit is within the warranty period, contact iRiver about getting it repaired. Otherwise, there is another thread here about replacing the hard drive - this is for the geeks, though. Lots of iddie-biddie screws.
