Revert to original firmware

My apologies if this is listed somewhere obvious - I've been a longtime lurker and know I've seen it before but am not having any luck finding it now.

Could someone point me in the direction of a tutorial of how to go about reverting back to the original U.S. PMP firmware (I currently have the Korean installed).
