PMP and audioscrobbler possible? (a question for the pmp developers)

Would it be possible to make some kind of plugin for the iRiver PMP to sync it up with audioscrobbler for last.fm?
There is such plugin available for ipod and it would be awesome to have it for my pmp to be able to sync the pmp with my last.fm profile as I play a lot of music on my pmp...
