so whats the most popular set up for the pmp, pmc series?

what firmware you useing?
what file converting/organiser programs are you useing?
etc

so far i am on standard fw but i just d/l v2.04 so see how that goes today!
also just d/l lbd manager and media monkey so will have a play with the two and see which i like best

Badak, PDE, Iriverter 0.16, Iriver Media Converter, Jodix Ipod Converter and Virtual Dub for Video.
Just windows explorer to put files on and stuff.

I tried using iriverter but when I go to download the program I get this message: "You are requesting file: /iriverter/iriverter-0.15_win.exe Please select a mirror" I make a selection but it keeps giving me more choices. am I doing something wrong?

Select the mirror, then the same page will come up again, but with a link to the download at the top of the page. If the download doesn't start automatically start, click that link. All sourceforge downloads are like it.

I use the full "Xilisoft Video Converter". (Extremely awesome!)

I have a PMC 120.
I use AOA DVD Ripper (to rip dvds to avi's)
Xilisoft Video Converter (avi's to wmv)
I got Xilisoft Video Converter here then cracked it.

I got mine then found me a keygen. Works very well. Hows the AOA DVD Ripper, it work good? I need a way to get my DVD's to avi's but cant find anything good.

Just a polite warning that using illegal software isn't legal. If people want to say they use cracked software that's their lookout, however if there are any posts on how to find cracked software or links to places that show you how then expect to be punished! Note I've never had to ban anyone yet...

PMC-120, with shipping firmware.

Robot4Rip (using DVDDecrypter, DGIndex, BeSweet) for ripping, frameserving, and demuxing.
VFAPI (and sometimes AVSynth) for "converting" frameserve file to avi on the fly.
Windows Meida Encoder and Stream Editor for encoding and muxing audio and video.

(Getting a little off topic here) Ya, I won't list where I got it or how, but just that I did and if I get an e-mail from Xilisoft asking me to get the actually thing I will be glad to buy it. Well worth the money.

I find AOA DVD Ripper is great. It's user-friendly and lets you set a 320x240 res (very handy) and also what codec you want to use to encode the avi (divx, xvid).
Im sure you will be able to google it then crack it/keygen.

I mean purchase it.

Most of my DVDs have multiple TV episodes on them. With Max DVD to AVI Converter it's really easy to rip a specific episode.
