Help!! Don't know wats wrong with pmp 120

I don't know if my pmp is dead or it just needs new batteries, cuz it just won't turn on at all, i've only used it for 3 weeks.

When i try to recharge the battery with the ac adapter, the green charge light won't come on, but when i connect it to the usb, it turns on, but either way the player doesn't turn on at all. Could there be something wrong inside or do i need new batteries or something.

Oh, and i forgot to say, that the reason all this is happening probaly is because when i was charging my batteries before, the plug i was using had bad connections, so i don't know if it gave the player a shock or killed the battery or the hard disk inside.

Hit the reset button. Take the battery out for a bit. Blow in it...
Then If none of those work. Sell it or RMA
