I need Your help....!!!!!

Somebody can help me plzzzz
My batt of the PMP drop down very fast ,it's about 1hour and haft with MP3,and a haft hour with movies til the batt die (batt full charged)
it's that the problem with the batt of with my firmware (2.04)
My PMP working in hight temperature (45 degree Celcius) Why ??????
Help me plzzz

Thunderbird, even though this is your first post on the forum, it would help if:
  1. The title of your post matched your problem (ie: Short battery life problem)
  2. You posted in proper english and formating, as this would help people read, expediting the solution to your problem.
The High temp of your PMP is caused by a component failure inside the PMP, which causes a short battery life, because more of the batteries power is going into makeing heat. The only solution is to RMA (if possible) your PMP to iRiver.

If you dont want to RMA, the only thing you can do is clean the battery contacts, and hope that it fixes the problem.

Well do you mean the temperature around you is high or that the player is hot? If the temperature in your area is high then the player will underproform as it is designed to work at no more than 40degrees.
