Question Playlists

Hi. I just made some playlists using winamp and saved them in my pmp root directory. I can't get them to play. They show up on my pmp, but there is no load list option when I press select. Am I doing something wrong?

O.k., just worked it out. I moved them into the audio section and now I can load the list. But when I try to play them, it comes up with a warning that the PMP can't play the file. These are files that have played before and I know they work. Then the player switches off. The strange thing is, all the song titles are orange/red which seems to indicate some sort of error. Maybe something really basic, but I can't get it to work

The actual song files need to be on the PMP! Are they?

Orange/red comes up with the DB scan to let you know that a file is no longer on the player (Says this in the manual somewhere)

Yep, they're all on there. I made the list while the PMP was connected to my pc using my PMP audio library.

So the individual files are on the player in various folders. Can you play these individually?

If you can, see if you can create a playlist on the player with these (try only a few songs if you have some huge playlists like I do).

Maybe something to do with winamp, don't know!

Yes I can play them individually, and I know how to make small playlists within the player. But I want to be able to make longer playlists too, for my car. I'll try another program, thanks for the help

No probs. I might try winamp myself. Had a feeling you were making large lists
