remember that the sega mastersystem was 8 bit! a long time ago
The reason people are saying 8 bit is due to that being what iRiver promote, also the player has little or no memory appart for the HDD and flash mem inbuilt so cannot proform blistering games proformance, this means that though it has a 32bit processor it is 32bit to play the movies the player takes, not the games.
