I'm not sure why everyone keeps referring to it as '8-bit' gaming. The ARM7 processor is 32 bit. True it will not be able to play very complex games due to the small memory footprint, and difficulty of porting complex applications to a MMU-less chip, but the 'bits' have nothing to do with it.
