The h120 uses a different charger than the h320
I have to have two... everything else in the world uses the same h320 adapter (psp, gigabeat, external battery packs, etc) except the h120.
The sound quality i feel is better in the h120. I got it about 2 years after the h320, and i'm surprised in the sound difference
