You need to format it as a fat32 file system , X.P will only do 32Gb as a fa32 file system. Your best bet would be to download swissknife (its free) from
CompuApps, Inc. - Download Swissknife
and format the player as a fat 32. Then if its stiil not working post back here and we can try some more things
