thanks jumbuck BUT "I tried to put some old iriver firmware back on but ""cant navigate"" to upgrade firmware bit oops" what ever i press on the remote and thats all i can see because my SCREEN is broken
ok The Remote Screen says IRIVER 1.66K on bootup , it shows one track in the harddrive, graphics ok on
remote BUT as soon as i press anything I get an Open Folder Icon and some crashed Korean text..nothing else works after this point , loads up as a harddrive ok, have put the latest US firmware in but cant execute it.. maybe rockboxing might might be a way of tricking it?
I dont mind rockboxing if it means i can get it going.. need a new screen as well lol..thanks for your help!
