Yeah, I was going to say that there'd be no doubt it would be unlocked, given that it's produced by a company who doesn't do cell phones, and has no history with any mobile distributor. It would be unlikely that any of the big guys such as ATT, Sprint, T-Mobile etc would take on iRiver in a partnership for just ONE phone.
I'd also be kind of wary in dealing with the phone aspect of this thing, considering that it is an extreme niche product for iRiver, and the last thing you'd want to have to deal with is bad customer service should the phone part go all bonkers. Seems like a "use at your own risk" kind of situation IMO.
