I have just purchased a bricked 2G T10 off ebay, hope to repair it when I have enough time.

This is the 2G flash chip:
SAMSUNG 604
K9HAG08U1M
PCB0
CCL54620

I managed to find a datasheet for this chip, with pin configuration, some commands, etc.
